Preparing for a Caesarean Section

Sometimes despite our best intentions, a cesarean section can be the outcome your baby and body needed. One of the biggest things I hear from moms who ended up having a c-section was how underprepared they were for the recovery. So while you might be preparing for a vaginal delivery, also being prepared for a c-section can help drastically improve your postpartum recovery. Even a little knowledge can help set you up in a more positive way.
